Our Mission
Our mission is to create minimal size floor plans both on wheels and on a foundation. We are looking to build tiny home villages and resorts within this movement that will help our people who need and want affordable housing. We love creating beautiful masterpieces that will keep our minimalist happy. Nu Lyfe Homes is out to help make a change in your movement.
Our Vision
Our community focus at Nu Lyfe Tiny Homes is to become a Nu Lyfe community while providing a low-cost, very affordable, primary residence or vacation home. Plans are to have a very large family-oriented community village with an organic garden that will span the entire acreage length so that we can provide a getaway within the beautiful community that we plan to create.
We are hoping to add a dog park & pet wash station, playground for our little ones, club house with pool, picnic area with grills, tiny marketplaces, barber and beauty shop and more.
Our goal is to add enough pads for as many allowed homes we can place on the property so that we may include our amenities. Our goal is to build THOWs and Foundation Units to put into the Nu Lyfe community for many of the minimalists to enjoy for many years to come. Our ideal homes will range from 150 sq ft and up and will offer smart technology in most of our units that are for sale or rentals. Our units will be offered as vacation, long term and/or short term rentals.
