I wanted one on foundation so I purchase the Paradise. It came with detail instructions and pre cut lumber which made it super easy to put together. We are locally owned and we are based out of Spring Hill, FL (Hernando County). We are a small business who helps people who are looking to purchase tiny homes of 80 sq ft to 1500 sq ft. With the thought of people who want to rent apartments because they don’t want a lot of space or they want to downsize from a bigger home to a smaller home, we came up with a dream of owning a tiny home, office, Mancave, She-Shed or etc. The concept of owning a tiny home is that they don’t have to worry about a 15 to 30-year mortgage loan, easy to maintain and can move location to location or choose from our foundation models.
Our homeowners have the choice to buy their new tiny home outright or finance through their own bank or our finance company. We are inspired by helping college students, elderly or just people who want the chance to own their own tiny home. We are looking to build tiny home villages and resorts within this movement that will help our people who need and want affordable housing. Our community focus at Nu Lyfe Tiny Homes is to become a Nu Lyfe Tiny Village community while providing a low-cost, very affordable, primary residence or vacation home. Plans are to have a very large family-oriented community village with an organic garden that will span the entire acreage length so that we can provide a getaway within the beautiful community that we plan to create.
We are hoping to add a dog park & pet wash station, playground for our little ones, club house with pool, picnic area with grills, tiny marketplaces, barber and beauty shop and more.
Our goal is to add enough pads for as many allowed homes we can place on the property so that we may include our amenities. Our goal is to build THOWs and Foundation Units to put into the Nu Lyfe Tiny Village community for many of the minimalists to enjoy for many years to come. Our ideal homes will range from 150 sq ft and up and will offer smart technology in most of our units that are for sale or rentals. Our units will be offered as vacation, long term and/or short term rentals.
